BrickCircle started with a frustration every Indian home buyer knows: you enquire about one flat, and five brokers call you for a month. The price on the portal grows by lakhs at the builder's office. The "sea-facing" photo belongs to a different tower. And nobody — not the portal, not the agent — is accountable for any of it.
We looked at the problem from all three sides. Builders were losing control of their own inventory to unverified brokers. Genuine channel partners were paying for recycled leads sold to five rivals at once. And buyers were left to referee the chaos.
So we built a marketplace where the incentives finally point the same way: builders keep 100% control of their listings, channel partners compete fairly for the exclusive right to serve each buyer, and buyers see everything — RERA numbers, certificates, and complete cost sheets — before they share a phone number.
